Step by Step Recipe for Mango Falooda

Single kit makes 3 batches

INGREDIENTS

Alphonso Mango Pulp: 250 gms 

Sabja Seeds: 2 teaspoon 

Falooda Sev: ¼  cups 

Milk: 230 ml 

Sugar: 50 gms 

Icecream: 2 scoops

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First cook falooda sev by boiling it in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes or until soft. Keep aside for cooling down

  2. Boil milk with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Cool down. 

  3. In a cup of water, soak sabja seeds for 5 minutes. Stir well a few times and keep aside.

  4. Grind mango pulp with sugar. Once all the items are ready, keep it in the refrigerator to make it cold.

  5. To serve in a tall glass, layer the mango pulp, sabja seeds, falooda sev, milk and top with a scoop of icecream.
