Cancellation & Refunds


We offer a 100% refund for any damaged / spoilt shipment received by you. In some cases your Mangoes may sustain physical damage during transport. This can cause your mangoes to be squished, rotten, or spoilt from the inside. If you receive a damaged shipment or spoilt Mangoes, then send clear photos of the damaged / spoilt mangoes and photos of the packaging box via email to Subject to verification, we promptly offer a refund for any damaged / spoilt mangoes.

Refunds are generally processed instantly, but it may take 5-7 working days for the funds to show up in your account. 


You may cancel your order before it is shipped out from our dispatch centre. We do not accept cancellation requests once the product is shipped out.
