Step by Step Recipe for Mango Muffins

Single kit makes 2 batches

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 20  minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes

Servings: 6 muffins

INGREDIENTS

Alphonso Mango Pulp: 400 gms 

Maida: 125 gms 

Condensed Milk: 460 gms 

Powdered Sugar: 40 gms 

Melted Butter: 40 gms 

Milk: 355 ml 

Cinnamon Powder: 4 gms/ 1.5 tsp 

Baking Soda: 1 gms/ ¼ tsp 

Baking Powder: 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First sieve all the dry ingredients together. Flour/maida, baking powder, baking soda. Keep it aside.

  2. In a separate bowl, add condensed milk, melted butter and mango pulp. Mix all of it properly

  3. Add cinnamon powder, and the powdered sugar and mix.

  4. Then add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and gently mix till there are no lumps. Do not overmix.

  5. Add little milk if the batter is too thick.

  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes.

  7. Pour the batter into the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees
