DIY Mango Panna Cotta

Step by Step Recipe for Mango Panna Cotta

Single kit makes 3 batches

INGREDIENTS

Alphonso Mango Pulp: 200 gms 

Agar Agar: 5 gms 

Milk: 100 ml 

Heavy Cream: 100 ml 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil the mango pulp.

  2. Mix agar agar with water. Add the mixture in the boiled mango pulp and continuously keep stirring it with a whisk. Cook it for 3 minutes. Wait till it cools down.

  3. Pour the mango jelly in the glasses. Keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  4. In a pan, add milk, cream, sugar, mix it well, and boil it.

  5. In a separate bowl, mix agar agar in water and add it to the milk while continuously stirring with a whisk. Cook for 3 minutes, continuously stir. Pour it in the glasses and refrigerate.
